At H.P.T!!! High Performance Training, we understand the struggle to get fit and stay fit. Our gym is designed to help you meet your needs and reach your goals, no matter your current fitness level. Our skilled and dedicated staff will help you stay motivated and focused. You’ll notice a difference the minute you walk in our doors, from the 24/7 access to the exclusive women-only section and the one-on-one attention we provide on the main floor. More importantly, you’ll feel empowered by the support you receive, as we encourage you to continue your path to better health.

We offer a variety of ways to boost your fitness level with several training options, including cardio, flexibility, group, personal, and weight training classes. We also offer yoga classes and nutrition coaching that caters to your needs, whether you want to gain muscle, improve performance, or achieve another goal. In addition, we ensure everyone who enters our doors feels valued.

Our fully equipped gym has Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and ISO Hammer Strength equipment. We have the latest equipment and staff on hand to teach you how each piece works and ensure you use the correct form. Additionally, we work hard to create a safe and clean place for you to work out.
