I have had numerous memberships with other gyms and never felt welcome and never felt like a family. Each day I come in, the owners, Michael and Sondra, are so loving and caring about each person who walks in their doors. I am just 2 weeks in, and under Sondra’s plan for me, I have already lost weight, and I feel stronger and better each day. The owners make effort to check in on you to see how your health journey is going and if you have any questions for them. It shows through their acts toward the HPT members how much they truly care about you. I cannot recommend HPT enough. They are true gems, and you won’t regret joining. HPT is the place to be!

For 20 years, I stared at my husband’s professional gym equipment and was intimidated and never touched it. I recently decided I wanted to make a change in my life. I wanted to not only get in shape, but also to relieve myself of anxiety and improve my mood on a daily basis. So I decided to pick H.P.T!!! High Performance Training to help me with those goals. If I could give Sondra & Mike more than 5 stars, I would, and here is why. 1) They know how to avoid the plateau effect. They are highly educated and create calculated fitness plans to make sure you reach your exact goals. 2) No guesswork! Nutrition plans are included in your package and tell you exactly what to eat and what to avoid in order to help you reach your goals. 3) I love my new lifestyle. Sondra has inspired and empowered me to finally learn how to use my husband’s professional equipment, and I feel great about it! She is particularly good at accurately calibrating what weights I can and can’t properly lift safely while challenging me every time. I am blown away by what she has shown me that I am capable of! I just turned 40, and this is the first time in a long time that I feel bathing suit-ready, and I’m excited about it!! And I know I’m just getting started. 4) Fun for the whole family. I started this journey with HPT for myself. But after seeing amazing results on my physical goals and emotional goals, I decided to get my husband and teenage son involved. I ended up hiring Mike to write out a plan for them so they could work out together as father and son. It’s been a major boost of confidence for them. Mike has even gone on video sessions with them just to make sure they are tracking well with the plan he specifically customized for them. They go above and beyond! I even got my 12-year-old twins doing some of the things that Sondra has taught me. 5) They make a great team. Sondra and Mike know how to balance each other out. So together they make an amazing power couple. Whether you pick Mike or Sondra, you will not be disappointed. Either way, you end up getting their combined expertise, which cannot be matched by training on your own. 6) Sondra saves your notes for you. I didn’t journal my notes well enough, so she was willing to give me her notes on what we worked on. 7) They are flexible with your schedule and very professional and easy to work with. Sondra is always on time, too. 8) Compatibility. You can’t help but want to be friends with Sondra. She finds a way to be fun and funny and just really refreshing to be around while still maintaining optimal professionalism. I am pleasantly surprised by this added perk. I am getting in the best shape of my life and have acquired a new friend while doing so. You can’t beat that! 9) They will teach you literally everything you need to know about fitness! I am so excited about how much they have taught me so far. They are very knowledgeable about their craft, and it shows. They will patiently take the time to answer your questions and help you understand things and distinguish truths from untruths. There are a lot of fad diets out there and misconceptions about proper fitness. Sondra is guaranteed to set you straight on what the right information is. 10) They will not let up until they have helped you reach your goals! Sondra is persistent and consistent at examining your fitness plan, your goals and your food journal to assure that you will reach your desired goals.

Y’all, get in here!!! I’m on week 3 for a mission to save my life, be strong in my later years, and support my community. This place is top notch, clean as a whistle and run by incredibly kind, talented, certified and knowledgeable owners. There’s a women-only workout room where we feel safe! No one is down your throat here. They are there to encourage you and give you practical routines that work for YOU! And did I mention this place is clean? Like spotless clean. H.P.T!!! High Performance Training has changed my life. Sondra & Michael have helped me change not only my diet, but also my way of thinking, and helped me loose over 50 lbs. I was an unhappy prediabetic with high cholesterol, and now I’m absolutely living my best life doing all the things I’ve always wanted to do. I’m no longer prediabetic, cholesterol is lower than it’s ever been, and I’m no longer on any diabetic medication. Working out with Sondra has helped me grow my confidence and my muscles!
